More mishaps at the county

There have been several articles and editorials written lately about mistakes at the County recorder’s office related to the attempt to repeal the Douglas Active Management Area (AMA). This resulted in yet another lawsuit and then quickly, a determination that the suit complaints were valid, citing multiple errors in the petition process and language, and the dismissal of repeal.

If elected, Anne would run the Recorder’s Office so as to comply with all laws and regulations so that this kind of mishap doesn’t happen on her watch.
